adequate stay, some issues persist.
bright light sculpture missing shower
I found a few things less than ideal . the light sculpture outside my window was too bright at night. Blackout blinds would have helped. the room did not have a shower, just a hole in the wall where it should have been. it's not the end of the world. Still unacceptable at a supposed four-star hotel, though.

modern vibe clean room great view
Solene was friendly. She greeted me. I felt really welcome immediately!!! The hotel has a very cool and modern vibe. My room was clean and spacious. It also included a great view of the city.
The hotel is a little far from central tourist spots. This made getting around slightly difficult.

The hotel is next to a number of boulangeries. Graine was AMAZING!!! There were several shops and pharmacies around the area, too. Cafeterias are near the hotel. You can grab a coffee there.

The rooms are nice, clean, and really soundproof. The styling looks really nice, too. Beds feel good, and the bathroom is also nice. The size is adequate for one traveller.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and modern. There is a lovely garden adjacent to some bedrooms. Complimentary coffee and water are also available. I had a great view of the city!!!

The hotel is in a relatively quiet location, though not too far from the centre. I found good local restaurants too. It is located near several subway stations, about a 5-15 minute walk to different lines.

The rooms are clean. i appreciated the proximity to multiple metro lines. It made getting around quite easy (it took about 5-10 minutes to walk).

Location worked perfect for my needs. Multiple metro lines exist within walking distance. The room was very clean. Staff members were so polite and helpful.
My room faced the courtyard, so people could look inside. I needed to keep the covers pulled.

The breakfast included an excellent assortment of pastries and beverages. Staff provided assistance in the kitchen area. The lady was very polite during each service.

uncomfortable mattresses missing shower
Staff were very nice and gave recommendations for brunch spots nearby The rooms were clean and the overall hotel has a pleasant boutique vibe.
The mattresses were not comfortable I found that the queen size bed had two mattresses that were soft and bent. This made sleeping difficult I also thought the lack of a proper shower was unacceptable.
